A Bit About Me
I am a Registered Mental Health Family Intern as well as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). I have significant experience working with children that present with challenges in social interaction, speech and nonverbal communication, and restricted/repetitive behaviors utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment therapy. In addition to working with the abovementioned specialized group of children, I also work with with couples, families and individuals navigate presenting relational difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, communication and intimacy to reach their therapeutic goals by collaboratively building up on strengths and setting achievable goals through understanding, compassion utilizing evidence-based practices.
Clinical Approach:
Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy.
Areas of Interest:
Premarital couples counseling, Autism-affected family therapy, marital/couples therapy, sex therapy, LGBTQ+ couples and family therapy, grief counseling, dissolution of marriage couple and family therapy.
